Volunteers honored in spirit of brothers killed in crash
A foundation launched to honor two North Bethesda brothers killed in a car crash in July is honoring those who carry on the brothers’ work. Stone Weeks was 24 and Holt Weeks was 20 when they died.

Spirit in the work place?
Absurd, you say? After all why should it be there? We’re here to work and earn our daily wage.
On the weekends and in the evening many of us watch some amazing sporting feats. Some of us may even participate in some great events. What spirit those athletes have! How they throw everything they have to gain an extra yard, drive an extra foot or shave off an extra millisecond.

Last month, Microsoft and Yahoo finally struck a deal that will make these two internet super-powers a worthy competitor to Google. However, it isn’t necessarily what Microsoft had hoped for. Rather than a merger, the two have agreed to combine their search and advertising expertise to generate revenue through their respective search engines. Despite the news, an announcement made in a Monday press conference proves that Yahoo is gearing up to do battle with its old rival Google, as well as its future partner, Microsoft.
